All teachers are trained in the highest standards to ensure child safety.
Before your school opens your staff will complete the 2 day At Last Forest School certified teacher training, where they will learn safe practices and how to lead ALFS groups.

Currently we have 10 locations running in Southern Ontario. Owen Sound, Port Elgin, Kincardine, Hanover, Orangeville, Goderich, Haliburton, Wiarton, Limehouse and Kemble. We are looking to further expand our current locations by working with Franchisees in other regions.

An Ideal Franchisee Needs
A franchisee partner of ALFS needs to share a passion for outdoors and the benefits of using nature as a classroom. We are interested in creating opportunities for communities all over Canada to experience the benefits of Forest School.
We are looking for Outdoor Educators, and/or business minded individuals who believe in our mission and looking to make a positive impact on their community and the development of students.
Credentials for Franchisee
- Have a passion for early childhood education
- Have a Bach. Ed/ ECE quals or be willing to do the Forest School Practitioner Course
- Be willing to undergo ALFS training and certification
- Be willing to be part of the franchise and school owner team
- Be committed to the ALFS’s school standards in all regards
- Be a repersentitive of ALFS’s at all times
- Be professional and presentable at all times.
